Every screen repair comes with a 1-year warranty on parts and labour. If the touch fails, the display develops dead pixels, or the screen separates from the frame within 1 year through no fault of yours, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge. The warranty doesn’t cover new accidental damage like fresh drops or liquid exposure.

Yes – we can do front glass replacement on Apple screens where the OLED or LCD underneath is still working. It can save you money compared with a full screen assembly. Turnaround depends on the model and current workload, so please ask us about the possibility and timing for your specific iPhone.

Usually yes. The digitiser (the touch layer) is part of the same assembly as the display, so an unresponsive screen or “ghost touch” is fixed by the same screen replacement. We’ll also check the screen connectors on the logic board to rule out a board-level fault before quoting.

Yes – always back up before any repair, ours or anyone else’s. Most screen repairs don’t touch your data, but a backup gives you peace of mind. We don’t need your Apple ID password and we don’t access your data during the repair. If the device can’t be turned on, we’ll let you know whether your data is recoverable.
